Nemesis can provide your business with new computer systems complete with warranty cover. These can be major brand such as dell or even bespoke computer equipment tailored to your needs.
If you already have your computer systems on order or at your office we can come and install these for you and test that they are all working.

Computer networking

Many small businesses still rely on staff to manually exchange documents when working on projects or orders. We can come and connect your office together streamlining the process of sharing information as well as resources such as printers.

Wireless installation and encryption

A wireless network is a cheap and affordable way of extending access to devices such as PDA's and laptops in hard to reach places. Our wireless installations are all locked down so that only your employees can gain access to your systems.
If you already have a wireless network you should check that it is locked down. Many small companies make the mistake of leaving an open network. This means that any passer by can access your entire network potentially destroying valuable data. We can perform a simple and quick lockdown of your network which will limit access to only pre approved systems on the network. If the computer is not on the list it isn't getting in!

File and print sharing

File and print sharing as its name suggests allows your employees to easily share information and resources. If you have a printer in the office why not allow all of your computers to use it. We can also come in and set up a folder that is common for all users. All users can then simply drop files into the folder and everyone else can see these folders!

Operating system upgrades

If you are looking to upgrade to vista or even windows XP we are on hand to run tests to ensure that your business applications will upgrade seamlessly. Not only will we perform the upgrade we will create system images that will allow you to reset your computer within minutes where possible.
You will receive a full report for all of the applications used and we will provide all the device drivers that you will require.

Computer repairs

We specialise in Dell system repairs, however we are able to service almost and computer system. We can advise on both cost effective and performance upgrades ranging from more memory to workstation graphics upgrades.
In addition we can upgrade and repair Dell systems at approximately 60% of the cost of sending it back to Dell themselves using the same quality components.

Site moves

If you find yourself in the fortunate position of having grown as a business and have to relocate then you should have trained IT specialists on hand to assist with uninstalling and reinstalling your equipment.
We can come in and strip your site of assets labelling each system to each employee. We then arrange for the equipment to be moved to your new office and reinstall the equipment taking into account network access, airflow, and ergonomics.

Data recovery

If you have encountered a drive failure and do not have a backup of your important data then data backup can cost upwards of £1600.00. We can provide minor data backup services that will typically suit around about 40-50% of customers who need the service. Providing that your hard drive in good physical condition (I.E not destroyed by fire or crushing damage) then we may be able to assist. We will look at your drive and then provide a rough estimate of the amount of time and cost required to retrieve data. You may find yourself saving thousands of pounds by trying us first!

Technical support contracts

If your business does not have an IT department it can be a struggle when you hit a problem. Employing a dedicated support person is a huge financial drain for most SME's. However we can tailor a package to provide on hand support either onsite or offsite. For smaller companies we can even provide a set framework agreement which will provide you with free callout rates and a monthly or weekly health check on your network.

IT asset recycling

When your equipment reaches the end of its useful life you will find you need to dispose of the equipment. EU regulations mean that you cannot simply bin this equipment; however donating computer systems can be incredibly dangerous with regards to data protection. We can provide a quick and easy service at a low cost, securely erasing your data and recycling old equipment to keep you within the law!
