All of our home based services are priced at £25.00 callout with a £25.00 hourly rate. Callouts are charged in 30 minute blocks.

- We are able to carry out laptop repairs on a wide variety of systems.
While we specialise in Dell we also have experience of HP, EI systems, Toshiba, IBM and Packard bell.

- We are available to advise and assist with any problems you have. Our experienced engineers will be able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with your equipment. Working with local suppliers we can often resolve the issue the very same day. We have extensive knowledge within the mainstream hardware industry and can offer impartial advice on new hardware upgrades and installation.
- Broadband installation
- Activating your new broadband can be a stressful time. We have engineers with years of experience working with BT and can install your new ADSL line quickly and easily. If there are any issues with the line or activation we can point out where the issue lies saving you many hours of troubleshooting with technical departments!
- Home networking and wireless
- For those of you with a large family a home network can be a great if often overlooked option. We can give the whole family internet access at the same time as well as sharing your printers and files if required. For parents we can also install easy to use remote viewing software that will allow you to keep a tab on your children's internet activity!
- Vista upgrades or removal
- Windows Vista is the latest operating system from Microsoft.
Having been involved with the beta testing we are ideally placed to perform the upgrade for you.
There are also some customers who prefer to stay with windows XP. We can happily perform a complete removal of vista and a fresh install of XP for you. - Virus removal
- If you find you have a virus we can often remove all traces of infection for you without having to reformat the computer. When requesting this service please write down any error messages as giving a full description greatly decreases the amount of time we need to spend at the computer system.
